Scott Highley

Scott Highley serves as the Chief of the City of Worthington Division of Fire and EMS since 1999, where he has been a member since 1993. He began his fire service career in 1981. He earned a Bachelor degree from the University of Cincinnati and an Associate Degree from Akron University. He graduated from the National Fire Academy Executive Fire Officer Program. Scott also is a charter member of the Worthington Noon Lions Club. He is married to Beverly and has twin boys Jonathan and Nicholas. Scott is a 2007 Leadership Worthington graduate and serves on the Board since 2008.
