Leadership Awards |
Leadership Worthington recognizes leadership in the Worthington area community through the
organization's Leadership for a Lifetime Awards Program. Because the quality of leadership makes a
significant difference in every organization, Leadership Worthington feels it is important to
recognize outstanding leadership and service in its community and to provide leadership role models
for others.
If you know someone who deserves one of these awards, feel free to tell us about him or her.

Nominees must live or work within the Worthington School District. They must display leadership
qualities and be nominated by someone other than a relative (except for elementary school age group
awards). There is an expectation that the nominee will complete a leadership questionnaire and, if
selected, share their leadership experience with others throughout the year.
When submitting a Leadership for a Lifetime Award nomination by mail, print the form, fill it out,
