Community is at the heart of everything we do…
Leadership Worthington was initiated to develop a civic minded community base of leadership to give citizens a sense of connection to the community and ownership over the future. With this vision comes strong ties to the initiatives that help create a stronger Worthington area.
Each Leadership Worthington class was required to select 1-5 community projects for completion during its respective class year. A few of these projects are still led by Leadership Worthington, but many of the class projects started at LW through the years have become self-supporting organizations continuing to support the Worthington Area community.
