Each Leadership Worthington Class is required to select 1-5 community projects for completion during its respective class year. The community is invited to suggest projects. From these the class selects those they feel are most appropriate for their skills and interests.

Leadership for a Lifetime Awards
Leadership Worthington recognizes leadership in the Worthington area community through the organization’s Leadership for a Lifetime Awards Program. Because the quality of leadership makes a significant difference in every organization, Leadership Worthington feels it is important to recognize outstanding leadership and service in its community and to provide leadership role models for others.
